Application Guidelines:
- Subfloor Preparation: Ensure the subfloor is even, dry, clean, free from cracks, and physically sound. Slightly textured surfaces are ideal for optimal adhesion.
- Adhesive Application: Apply the adhesive evenly using a suitable trowel or baton system. When using a trowel, one 600ml sausage covers approximately 1 square meter. With a baton system at 200mm centers, coverage extends to about 1.5 square meters.
- Curing Time: The adhesive hardens by reacting with moisture. Light foot traffic is possible after 24 hours, with full curing achieved within 24-48 hours, depending on climatic conditions.
Storage and Shelf Life:
- Shelf Life: Up to two years when stored in unopened packaging.
- Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place with temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
