Osmo Maintenance Oil is a high-quality, clear or transparent, fast-drying wood finish designed for the care and maintenance of oiled and waxed wooden floors and furniture. It effectively revives dull or matte surfaces without the need for sanding or extensive renovation work.

Application Guidelines:
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry (moisture content max. 18%), and free of dust. Clean the surface thoroughly with Osmo Intensive Cleaner and rinse with clear water.
- Application: Apply a thin, even coat of Osmo Maintenance Oil along the wood grain using an Osmo Double Blade Scraper or Microfibre Roller. Massage the oil into the wood with a white pad (do not massage in 3098). Remove any excess product.
- Drying: Allow the treated surface to dry for 3-4 hours before use.
- Cleaning Tools: Clean application tools with Osmo Brush Cleaner.
Recommended Use:
Osmo Maintenance Oil is ideal for maintaining all wooden flooring treated with Polyx®-Oil, including solid wood, plank, parquet, blockstrip, OSB, and cork flooring, as well as stairs and furniture. It is particularly recommended for high-traffic areas such as restaurants, museums, and other commercial spaces.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from frost. The product has a shelf life of up to 5 years when stored properly in unopened packaging.
