Customers have a 14-day window from the purchase date to request a return, refund, or cancellation. Products should be returned in their original, saleable condition. A 25% re-stocking fee applies, and customers will be charged for the transport of goods back to the manufacturer.

    • Orders up to £1000 + VAT: Delivery charge is £75 + VAT.
    • Orders over £1000 + VAT: Free delivery.
  • For accessories and finishes:
    • Orders up to £250 + VAT: Delivery charge is £15 + VAT.
    • Orders over £250 + VAT: Free delivery.

Yes, we offer Rustic grade (or Millrun/ABC grade) which contains vibrant patterns, unlimited knots, and colour variations. We also have Prime grade (or Select/AB grade) which is a higher grade with slight colour variations and straighter grain.
