14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a return, refund, or cancellation. To initiate a return, either fill out our return form or email us at sales@lumberjackshop.co.uk.

Damaged or Defective Products: We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours by sending images to sales@lumberjackshop.co.uk. We'll offer a full refund or a free replacement.

Return Conditions: Products should be returned in their original, saleable condition and packaging. Items that are shrink-wrapped or factory-sealed should remain unopened. If you decide to return your order, please note there's a 25% re-stocking fee. Additionally, you'll be charged for the transport of the goods back to the manufacturer. We'll handle the return transport arrangements.

Packaging for Returns: Ensure the product is in its original state, including the box, labels, etc., and use durable packaging for shipping. We aren't liable for damages or losses during transit.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll start the refund process within 24 hours. We'll notify you via email when this begins. Depending on your payment method, it might take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note, we don't refund delivery, labour, or other associated costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
